I do belong to a book guild in the Seattle area. Yes I know kind of a long distance thing, but still I get inspired by there work and hopefully I inspire them too. Now lately there was a thing going on with scroll books (we even gonna have a swap later this year) and of course I had to try it.

So I grabbed some old thread spools (still from my grandma or my great aunt not sure, all the sewing stuff from both of them landed in my house) So together with some bits and pieces from paper, fabric, laces and some embroidery yarn I went to town. I even rememembered to turn on the camera. No tutoriol though just watching me fiddeling around.
