I’m excited to share this enchanting card project by Walter, one of our wonderful Design Team members. He turned one of my teal collage papers into a dreamy underwater scene. There was no need to add color because the background already set the perfect mood.
The focal point is a serene mermaid sitting on a rock, surrounded by waves of music and delicate underwater plants. Walter added the quote “Create your own Magic” in the center, framed by little gems that catch the light beautifully.
The card front features a large circular window. It also displays the scales stencil pattern created with textured pink paste. This design instantly evokes mermaid tails or seashells. It’s a layered, dimensional piece that draws the viewer into a magical world.
