Gelli printing is one of my favorite ways to experiment with color, texture, and layers. In this session, I dedicated an entire afternoon to playing with found objects. I used acrylic paint and masks. I created prints with multiple pulls and stunning textures.

My Process:
- Backgrounds with Found Objects – I started by layering textures using random found objects. These included anything with interesting patterns—think bubble wrap, netting, or even leaves!
- Building Up Layers – By pulling multiple prints, I created complex backgrounds with depth and contrast.
- Adding the Focal Point – I used plastic masks and a solid color to make a strong, clear shape.
- Final Touches – Some prints received extra definition with watersoluble colored pencils, adding an expressive outline.
