Sometimes “I’m cheating…” I just trace instead of drawing on my own. Now I do not recommend to do it all time. Sketching is important, but sometimes it is just a question of time. So for an art journal page I think it is ok to trace.

So I did use some Tracing Paper and a Stabilo All to outline some figures. Next I went in with some water soluble soft wax crayons. Next I used acrylic paint to make them more colorful, especially the Neon colors add a pop to the design. I have further used some white and black gesso together with a stencil. Also some printed tissue paper went into the making of this page. Now enjoy the video.
