1. Scope and Contract Conclusion
These Terms apply to all purchases and bookings from Bea Grob – Mixed Media and More. By purchasing a product or registering for a service, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Products and Services
All offers are described as accurately as possible on the website. Some services (e.g. online classes) are non-refundable once started. Access to digital content is personal and non-transferable.
2a. Access to Online Classes and Digital Content
Access to all online classes – whether free or paid – is provided through my website.
Class content will remain available for as long as the website is active and maintained. While I intend to keep all classes accessible indefinitely, I cannot guarantee permanent lifetime access, as availability depends on the continued operation of this site and its hosting services.
If it becomes necessary to discontinue the website or specific classes, I will provide reasonable notice whenever possible.
You are welcome to take your own notes or save class-related materials for personal use.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are in CHF. Payment is made via PayPal or credit card. No VAT is charged in accordance with current Swiss small business regulations.
4. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw your booking within 14 days only if the service or product has not yet been accessed or started. Email notification is sufficient. After that, no refunds are possible unless otherwise agreed.
5. Use and Copyright
All materials (videos, PDFs, images) are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written consent.
6. Liability
Bea Grob – Mixed Media and More is not liable for technical interruptions, third-party misuse, or unmet expectations, unless caused by gross negligence.
7. Changes to the Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version published on the website applies.
8. Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is Bütschwil, Switzerland.
