Today I’m happy to share a beautiful bonus Design Team project from Marie from Sweden. After finishing last week’s Poinsettia card, she wrote to me:
“I couldn’t help myself — I had to do one more!”
And honestly… I’am so glad she did.

For this card, Marie once again worked with my Mix & Match & Create digital paper collection — a kit filled with dotted papers in different colors, lined sheets, tags, labels, tickets, and lots of little extras you can use for any type of craft project.

Marie loves working with leftovers, so she decided to take the remaining pieces from her previous Poinsettia card and turn them into something new. This time she chose a kraft-colored A6 card base, which pairs beautifully with the green dotted paper and the rich red embellishments. The combination feels natural, warm, and festive — perfect for the season.

She added burlap, die-cut greenery, layered florals, and snowy touches that create wonderful texture and depth. It’s a lovely reminder of how far you can go with just scraps, imagination, and a few favorite supplies.
