I’m happy to show today Jamie’s Designteam Project
This month I created a 3 ½” x 6 ¼ ” Tag, with a wonderful mermaid shaped tuck pocket. Using Bea’s Mermaid Fairy digital. Remember you may either print your pages doubled sided, on cardstock or glue single sided copy weight paper back-to-back. Depending on your printing needs you can reduce sizes, and type of papers that you print. A Full list of ingredients may be found in the description under this month’s video on @APGJamie YouTube, find the link down below
I used one of the colorful bubble backgrounds. I cut my tag to my desired size and shape. Remember, there is no law that says your tag must be of a particular size or shape. I printed a set of Bea’s tags at a reduced size. I also printed a sheet that has turtles and star fish. I fussy cut some of the images and inked around everything with Distress Ink in Scorched Timber.

I added heat embossing to the design on the mermaid’s tale. I then used Bea’s fun bubble stamp to add some heat embossed bubbles to the background. I used Art Glitter glue. I put a thin line of glue on the back of one of the long edges of my mermaid.

This becomes a very handy tuck spot pocket of sorts. I layered on a sweet little green turtle. I had glued a tiny black gem to it as an eye. This detail added a spark of life.
I used a small starfish as a hole reinforcer. Then, I threaded narrow velvet ribbon through the hole. After that, I tied it together with embroidery floss. I splayed apart the individual threads of the floss for a fluffier look. I added a set of 3 doubled sided neutral tags, with the same floss for toppers in the tuck. These little tags fit so perfectly. I stamped out a sentiment on a small scrap of cardstock. I glued it in the bottom corner. I stamped a portion of the same sentiment onto one of the little tags. With everything layered and dry, the little tags create a nice space for journaling. One can use them for that purpose. Please don’t forget to watch and kind comment on today’s video
And until next time Happy Artin Y’all.
