Macht mit bei meiner Challenge drüben auf Instagram. Ich habe geplant, jeden Tag im August eine Collage zu machen und werde jeden Freitag ein Video haben, evt werd ich auch noch zusätzliche einschieben und werd eine Collage machen und ein Rückblick was so gemacht habe.
Wenn Sie sich fragen, welche Art von Collagen, na ja alles geht von Schwarz-Weiß-Collagen, abstrakte Collagen, negative Collagen, kombiniert mit Malerei, es ist eigentlich grenzenlos solange es geklebte Papiere, Stoff und weiss ich was ist.
Als Hintergrund oder Substrat, hab ich ein Aquarellpapier das ca 20 x 23 cm misst und ich lasse einen Rand stehen (ca 3 cm) , so kann ich es am Ende des Monats zu einem Buch binden.

If you are wondering what kind of collages, well anything goes from black and white collages, abstract collages, negative collages, combined with painting, the sky is the limit, as long as there glued papers, fabric and what not.
I use some heave watercolorpaper as background or substrate which measures 8 x 9 inch and I leave a border of an inch so that I can bind it an the end of the month.

Willkommen auf einer weiteren Kunstjournalseite, diesmal mit Käfern und Insekten. Ich weiß, dass nicht jeder sie gerne sieht, aber wenn man genau hinsieht, findet man schöne Muster und/oder Farben. Und vor allem brauchen wir sie, denkt nur an die Bienen, was sie für unsere Nahrung tun…. Jedenfalls habe ich mit einem Füllfederhalter herumgespielt und dann mit Aquarellfarbenvon Daniel Smith gemalt. Es gibt übrigens eine kostenlose Druckversion von den Käfern im Mitgliederbereich.
Welcome to another Artjournalpage, this time with beetles and insects. I know not everybody enjoy seeing them, but if you look carefully you can find beautiful patterns and/or colors. And most of all we need them, just think about the bees what they do for our food…
Anyway I did play around with a fountain pen to outline and then did color in with watercolors from Daniel Smith. There is a free printable available over at my webside www.beagrob.com in the memberarea.

Ich bin zurück mit einem weiteren Mixed Media Painting. Dieser Video ist die kurze Zeitraffer Version. Die lange Version und eine ausdruckbare Skizze werden für meine Gäste bei Patreon erhältlich sein. Ich liebe es kleine Szenen zu skizzieren und dann im Mixed Media Stil zu malen. Ich hab hauptsächlich wasserlösliche Wachsmalstifte, etwas Acrylfarbe und Farbstifte benutzt. Ausserdem hab ich Fetzen von Servietten aufgeklebt und mit Gesso schabloniert. Das Ganze hab auf einem Strathmore Aquarell Pad 9 x 12 aus der 400er Serie gemalt.
I’m back with another Mixed Media Painting. This is the short speedup version. The long version and a printable sketch will be available for my patrons over at Patreon . I enjoy sketching whimsical scenery and then color in. I did use mostly watersoluble wax crayons, some acrylpaint and colored pencil. I also added some napkin pieces and did some stenciling with Gesso. I did work on a Strathmore Watercolor Pad 9 x 12 from the 400er Series.

Heute zeig ich Euch eine Assemblage aus einem alten Buchdeckel, Kartonbox und mehr. Es ist ein Zeitraffervideo. Ich habe es beschleunigt und langweilige Teile herausgeschnitten. Ich hatte mehr als 3 Stunden Filmmaterial, obwohl ich nicht die ganze Zeit gefilmt habe. Also falls ihr wissen wollt wieviele Stunden ich gearbeitet habe, das ist schwierig zu sagen. Rechnet man die Trockenzeiten auch dazu, oder die Misserfolge, wenn man es wieder auseinandernehmen muss. Was ist mit der Zeit die ich daran herumstudiert habe…. Skizzen gemacht und mehr (obwohl viele Skizzen mach ich meist nicht, bei mir spielt sich das Meiste im Kopf ab…) Alles in allem war ich 2 1/2 Tage beschäftigt.
Today I’ll show you an assemblage of an old book cover, cardboard box and more. It’s a time-lapse video. I did speed it up and cut out boring parts. I had more than three hours of footage, although I didn’t film all the time. So if you want know how many hours I’ve worked, it’s hard to say. Do I add the drying time, or the failures when you have to take it apart again. What about the time I’ve been thinking about it….. or made sketches (although I usually don’t many sketchest, most of it happens in my head…)
All in all I was busy for 2 1/2 day
